Nockerl (some sort of gnocchi, Austrian way) from 2 kg of flour and 10 eggs. And YES: we made them by hand, no machines or mechanical help except mixing the batter as you can obviously see.

Goulash (Pörkelt, Gulasch) from 4 kg of beef and 5,5 kg of onions. And lots of paprika, Chili, garlic (and some secrets).
